*We will notify you by "shipment completion email" as soon as shipping preparations are complete.
*Please note that we cannot accept cancellations or refunds even if the delivery does not meet the above schedule.

* We plan to sell at the venue after thoroughly implementing infection prevention measures in compliance with the infection prevention guidelines.
* Goods sales during the opening and after the live are expected to be very crowded.
In order to alleviate congestion, goods will be pre-sold at the live venue before the doors open. (Customers without tickets can also use it.)
*The number of tickets sold at the venue is limited.
* In order to have as many customers as possible purchase, we may set new purchase restrictions depending on the situation. Please note.
*Please refrain from lining up at the venue late at night or early in the morning for disaster prevention, customer safety, and inconvenience to the neighborhood.
*Please refrain from waiting in line (besides) as it will cause inconvenience to other customers. We are not responsible for any troubles between customers.
