Before entering Sanrio Puroland, please present your pre-purchased ticket at the special reception desk in front of the Sanrio Puroland entrance.
At that time, you will be given a "Sanrio Puroland Day Passport."
Ticket pick-up time: 30 minutes before the park opens

*The use of recording devices such as cameras and voice recorders is strictly prohibited. Recording is only permitted with mobile phones and smartphones. (Please note that staff may take recordings for recording purposes on the day.)
*Please write the name of the present or fan letter in the present and letter box set up in the venue and put it in. Please note that you cannot hand it directly to the members.
*Due to venue space limitations, we will not be able to accept flower arrangements, dressing room flowers, etc. from customers at this event. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
*After the performance, there will be regulated exits to avoid congestion.
*Unauthorized transfer and resale of tickets is prohibited. If discovered, you will be asked to leave immediately. (No entry with resold tickets)
*Listing tickets on auction sites is prohibited.
*Bringing alcoholic beverages and entering the venue after drinking is strictly prohibited.
*Tickets cannot be reissued for any reason (lost/damaged/disappeared/discarded, etc.).
*Travel expenses and other expenses cannot be compensated in the event of event cancellation or postponement.
*Please refrain from standing, talking or sitting down inside or around the venue as this will cause inconvenience to other customers.
*The organizers will not be held responsible for any troubles between customers, theft, injuries, etc.
