Before entering Sanrio Puroland, please present your pre-purchased ticket at the special reception desk in front of the Sanrio Puroland entrance.
At that time, you will be given a "Sanrio Puroland Day Passport."
Ticket collection time: 30 minutes before the park opens

*The use of recording devices such as cameras and voice recorders is strictly prohibited. Only mobile phones and smartphones are permitted. (Please note that staff may take photos on the day for recording purposes.)
*Please write the name of the present or fan letter in the present and letter box set up inside the venue and put it in. Please note that you cannot hand it directly to the members.
*Due to venue space limitations, we will not be accepting flower stands, arrangements, dressing room flowers, etc. from customers at this event. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
*After the performance, we will be regulating exits to avoid congestion.
*Unauthorized transfer or resale of tickets is prohibited. If discovered, you will be asked to leave immediately. (Resold tickets will not be accepted.)
