[December 13th (Sat) Group Handshake Event Participation Ticket Handling (Apologies and Information)]
At the "4th DMM.com presents Idol Live 2025" to be held on Saturday, December 13th,
Regarding the "Group Handshake Event," the waiting line became longer than expected,
Due to safety and operational reasons, the event was terminated midway.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to customers who had planned to attend.
Regarding the "Group Handshake Event" participation ticket that will be included with the photo purchased on the day, please see below.
■About using the participation ticket
Any unused participation tickets can be used at special events of the same price (1,600 yen, tax included) held by Tuesday, March 31, 2026.
*For eligible special events, information on whether or not participation tickets can be used will be announced in the event announcements.
*Only the original participation ticket is valid. Please be sure to bring it with you when using it for a transfer. Tickets cannot be reissued if lost.
■ For customers who are unable to use the product by March 31, 2026 (refunds available)
If it is difficult to use the product by the above deadline, we will cancel your purchase and provide a refund using the following procedure.
*To receive a refund, you will need both the "Group Handshake Event" participation ticket and the photo set.
We cannot provide a refund for only one of the items, so please be careful not to lose either item.

After confirming your registration details, we will contact you with information such as the return address.
Please follow the instructions and send in your participation ticket and photo set within the specified period.

[Refund details]
Depending on the number of tickets purchased (= number of sets purchased),
We will refund [1,600 yen (tax included) x number of sets + Letter Pack Light fee].
*If there are any shortages or defects in the returned items, we may not be able to provide a refund.
*Please note that refunds may take some time due to verification procedures.
