*Cheering is permitted in the audience, but please refrain from shouting in a way that disrupts the performance or inconveniences other customers.
*Please note that the opening and performance times, as well as other important information, may change. We will post updates on the official website, so please check the WASUTA official website for details.
*The use of recording devices such as cameras and voice recorders, as well as selfie sticks, is strictly prohibited. Only mobile phones and smartphones are permitted to take photos.
*Please note that there is a possibility that the performance will be recorded on the day of the performance. Customers may appear in the footage.
*Bringing alcoholic beverages or entering the venue while under the influence of alcohol is prohibited. If staff determine that you are under the influence of alcohol, you will be refused entry. If you are found to be under the influence of alcohol within the venue, you will be asked to leave immediately.
*Ticket transfer and resale are prohibited.
*On the day of the event, the performance will be held in accordance with the guidelines for infection prevention measures set by the government, local government, and venue. Please note that these precautions may be subject to change.
■How to receive your tickets■
Tickets will be sold through the smartphone app "LAWSON TICKET Electronic Ticket App."
Before applying for tickets, please download the app and complete SMS authentication, and make sure that you can use the app on your smartphone in advance.
If you do not have a smartphone that is compatible with LAWSON TICKET Ticket e-ticket app, you will not be able to use the e-ticket even if you purchase it.
In addition, the operation guarantee does not cover "data communication-only devices," "telephone numbers used for data communication (both domestic and overseas)," "overseas-made mobile devices," or "overseas telephone numbers."
To receive your e-ticket, you will need to download the LAWSON TICKET e-ticket app (free of charge).
For this performance, electronic tickets will be distributed to accompanying persons, and accompanying persons will be required to register their personal information at the time of distribution.
