■About "live phone talk session"

・Each time, the member will carry the staff's mobile phone to the customer's phone number registered for MUVUS.

Please confirm the registered phone number by the time of payment.

・The call will be made without notice. Please make settings so that you can receive unannounced calls.

・The phone time will be scheduled and may be slightly delayed due to time restrictions.

・We will make a call with about 5 calls on the phone you are calling. The ring tone is

It may differ depending on the model, so please prepare in advance so that you can receive a call immediately.

・Customers who are on voicemail will be given a privilege by leaving a message.

・Please be aware that if you do not answer the call, your telephone rights will expire.

・The phone call is scheduled for about 1 minute. When it's time, we will hang up the phone even during the talk.

・The staff will check the phone call with the customer. Thank you for your understanding.

・Calls are limited to Japan. Thank you for your understanding.

・Acts that abhor members, abusive voices, remarkably degrading voices, and delays in progress are strictly prohibited. Please act with good sense. At the discretion of the staff, if the call is hung up during the hours, the staff may change the phone. Thank you for your understanding.
