The mini live is free to watch, and anyone can watch it.

In addition, those who have a "viewing area priority admission numbered ticket" (with a reference number) will guide you to the viewing area set up in front of the stage. In addition, although it is a little in the viewing area, we plan to set up an exclusive area for female customers who have a numbered ticket.

 

On the day of the event, from 16:30 onwards, customers who purchase eligible products at the special counter on the B1F will be given a "priority admission ticket to the viewing area" on a first-come, first-served basis, one per person per transaction, along with one "various participation ticket" according to the product purchased.

 

*The number of "viewing area priority admission tickets" and "various participation tickets" is limited. It will end as soon as it runs out.

*The serial number for the "Viewing Area Priority Admission Ticket" will be handed out at random.

*If customers with "priority admission tickets for the viewing area" are late for the designated meeting time, their number will be invalid and they will be admitted from the back of the line. Please note that after customers with free admission have entered, depending on the situation, even those with "priority admission tickets for the viewing area" may not be able to enter.

*If you would like to enter with your companions, please enter together according to the later serial number.

*"Viewing area priority admission tickets" and "various participation tickets" cannot be reissued under any circumstances.

*Items eligible for the event cannot be canceled or changed, nor can they be returned or exchanged after they have been received. If the product is defective, we will exchange it for a good product.

(Group high-High Five event)

(Individual handshake event)

・This will be a 1:1 individual handshake event between the performing members and the audience.

* It will end as soon as each lane participation line is interrupted. Please note that the event will not be held retroactively after the event ends.

 

(Individual photo session)

・The photo session will be with one cast member and one customer.

・Photography will be done by staff.

・You can choose to take photos using your smartphone or a Polaroid camera provided by our staff.

・Basically, photos will be taken while standing in the designated position.

・The photo session is not a one-on-one talk session. Please refrain from conversations other than those necessary for the photo shoot.

・If you would like a member solo shot, please stand next to the photography staff and tell the member the pose you would like.

Even solo shots of the members will be photographed by staff.

*Please refrain from touching the performers or their costumes.

* It will end as soon as each lane participation line is interrupted. Please note that the event will not be held retroactively after the event ends.

(Regarding wearing masks)

・As part of our heatstroke prevention measures, we will relax the requirement for customers to wear masks at special events.

・Please refrain from attending the event if you have a fever, cough, or are otherwise unwell.

 

(About the special event in general)

*If you are bringing a child over 6 years old, you will need a separate special event participation ticket for the child.

*At various special events, activities other than what has been agreed upon are prohibited.

*If you have multiple "various participation tickets," we ask that you help us by purchasing them together, up to a maximum of three tickets.

*Please note that "various participation tickets" will not be reissued under any circumstances (including loss or theft).

*Various participation tickets are valid only during the specified time on the day of the event.

*There is a time limit for the special event. Depending on the situation, we may have to cancel the special event even if there are people who want to participate. Even in such cases, we cannot accept cancellations or refunds for purchased products. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

*Actions other than High Five, handshakes, and touching members' costumes are prohibited.

*Depending on the situation, our staff may give you instructions. Please note that if you do not follow the instructions, you may be asked to refrain from participating.

 

(Individual and group photo sessions)

*Smartphone photography will be taken using the customer's smartphone.

*Instax photos will be taken using a camera prepared by staff.

*Please refrain from any conversation other than specifying the pose required for the photo shoot.

*Basically, all customers will be required to stand in the same position during photo shoot, as instructed by staff.

*We are unable to retake photos of customers who jump during the photo shoot.

*We do not allow members to be seated or photographed with members holding any items.

*During the photo shoot, contact such as touching the members or their costumes is prohibited.

*Photographs will be taken using camera-enabled mobile phones, smartphones, or feature phones (galakei) brought by customers, or using the instant camera provided by staff.

*Please note that we do not lend out chargers.

 

*Photography is limited to one customer and member per participation ticket, regardless of age. However, if you are bringing preschoolers, you may be allowed to take photos with them as long as they are accompanied by a guardian.

*In principle, photography using flash is prohibited. Depending on the situation, we will leave it to the discretion of our staff.

*It is not possible to shoot in LIVE mode with a smartphone.

*If screen recording on a smartphone is discovered, the participation ticket will be invalidated.

*As a general rule, we will not retake photos. However, we will only retake photos if the image taken is clearly not an individual or group photo. Please note that this decision will be left to the discretion of the staff.

*Other matters may be added as deemed necessary by the organizer for operational reasons and will be announced at the venue on the day of the event.

 

(About the event in general)

*If you participate in the event, you will not be eligible to receive the first-come, first-served bonus "group picture postcard" or other in-store bonuses.

*Drinking and smoking inside the venue is prohibited.

*Cheering and calling out are permitted. Jumping is prohibited. Please note that restrictions may be added depending on the situation at the event venue. Thank you for your understanding.

*Each benefit session will end at any time as soon as the participation line ends. Please note that once the event has ended, we will not be able to hold it retroactively.

*Customers with metal objects, cutter knives, scissors, etc. that are considered dangerous will be refused entry.

*Basically, all customers are required to participate in the special event without holding anything other than the participation ticket in their hands. If you have baggage, please use the luggage storage area at the venue or leave it at the luggage storage area at the time of participation. Due to space constraints at the venue and to ensure a smooth process, we ask that you please keep your baggage to a minimum. *Setting up space with luggage, seats, etc. is prohibited in all areas of the facility. Once discovered, staff and security will remove it at any time. Please note that the organizer, venue, and performers are not responsible for any items removed or left behind. Even if there are people present, the use of seats, etc. is prohibited.

*When setting up the venue, we will ask you to leave the venue. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

*Please refrain from making event-related inquiries to the venue. This may cause cancellation. If you have any questions, please contact us in advance using the contact information below. Please note that we may not be able to respond to inquiries on the day of the event.
