To celebrate the release of the new SG, a release event has been decided!
Please check the details below before participating.

*CD sales start time: 11:00~
*CDs will be sold at the event venue on the 2nd floor of Terrace Mall Matsudo.
You will not be able to enter the event venue before the 10:00 AM opening time, so please come after the store opens and at the start of sales.
Please refrain from running inside the building. Running could lead to the event being cancelled.

[How to view]
The mini live is free to watch, and anyone can watch it.
In addition, those who have a "viewing area priority admission numbered ticket" (with a reference number) will guide you to the viewing area set up in front of the stage. In addition, although it is a little in the viewing area, we plan to set up an exclusive area for female customers who have a numbered ticket.
 
*Please note that calling out is prohibited as this is an indoor commercial facility.
 
 
<Regarding the distribution of “viewing area priority admission tickets”>
-On the day of the event, a numbered ticket will be given to customers who reserve and purchase eligible products at the venue.
For each reservation/purchase of one or more eligible items in one transaction, you will receive one numbered ticket for either copy 1 or copy 2.
Customers who have reserved two or more tickets will be given one numbered ticket for each of the 1st and 2nd copies.
・ The serial number of "Viewing Area Priority Admission Ticket" will be distributed at random.
・Those who have a priority admission numbered ticket for the viewing area, please gather at the venue 30 minutes before the event starts.
Please enter the viewing area in the order of the reference number.
・If you are late for the meeting time, your serial number will be invalidated and you will be asked to enter from the last place.
Please note that in some cases you may not be able to enter the viewing area.
・ When you wish to view with your companion, please enter with the person with the later reference number.
・ Distribution of the "Viewing Area Priority Admission Ticket" will end as soon as the specified number is reached.
* The viewing area may be opened to free viewing customers after the entrance of customers with numbered tickets is completed.
*If there are many visitors, we may refuse free viewing. Please note.
 
 
[Special event contents/how to participate]
On the day of the event, each "participation ticket" will be given to those who purchase eligible products at the special CD sales booth at the venue.

*With each participation ticket, each person can participate once in the lane of their choice for each benefit.
* Distribution of each participation ticket will end as soon as the distribution limit is reached.
* In order to allow as many customers as possible to participate in the special event, we will set the maximum number of tickets to be distributed per transaction to 4.

(Group high-High Five event)
・It will be High Five meeting between the performers and the guests, and you will be able to participate while walking.
・Members will participate after wearing gloves.

*The event will end as soon as the participation line ends. Please note that once the event has ended, it will not be held retroactively.
 
 
(Individual handshake event)
・This will be a 1:1 individual handshake event between the performing members and the audience.
・Members will participate after wearing gloves.

* It will end as soon as each lane participation line is interrupted. Please note that the event will not be held retroactively after the event ends.
 
 
(Individual photo session)
Please read this before participating in the photoshoot.

・The photo session will be with one cast member and one customer.
・Photography will be done by staff.
・You can choose to take photos using your smartphone or a Polaroid camera provided by our staff.
・Basically, photos will be taken while standing in the designated position.
・The photo session is not a one-on-one talk session. Please refrain from conversations other than those necessary for the photo shoot.
・If you would like a member solo shot, please stand next to the photography staff and tell the member the pose you would like.
Even solo shots of the members will be photographed by staff.
*Please refrain from touching the performers or their costumes.
* It will end as soon as each lane participation line is interrupted. Please note that the event will not be held retroactively after the event ends.
 
 
(Group photo session)

If we are unable to contact you by then, the reservation will be considered cancelled, and any reservation fees already paid will not be refunded.
*Products will be delivered after the release date and as soon as they are ready for delivery.
Please note that we may not be able to deliver the product on the release date. We cannot specify delivery arrival date or time.

[Details on how to make a deposit reservation]
Scan the QR code to open the URL. *The QR code will be displayed at the venue on the day of the event.*
Click "Register Here" and fill in the required fields.
(If you are already registered, log in with your email address and password.)
Select your preferred delivery method.
Enter your desired product and quantity, then add to cart. Proceed to [Order Confirmation].
*For first-time customers/those wishing to have their order delivered, please be sure to add the [Shipping Fee of 1,200 yen] to your cart.*
After reviewing the details, press [Place Order].
A payment number and QR code will be displayed. Please present these at the cashier counter and pay the reservation fee. If you require delivery, please be sure to receive a "Shipping Fee Receipt."
Your payment is now complete. We will now provide you with the benefits (such as a benefit voucher or priority area ticket) corresponding to your reservation.
 
*When making a reservation, full payment must be made in cash in advance.
*If you wish to have your items delivered, you can combine them from your second purchase onwards.
If you add the [¥1,200 shipping fee] to your cart and checkout during your first purchase, the [¥1,200 shipping fee] will be marked as unavailable for subsequent purchases. Simply add the items you wish to purchase to your cart and proceed with your shopping. All items for same-day delivery will be shipped together. (Shipping fee payment is only required for the first order.)

If we are unable to contact you by then, the reservation will be considered cancelled, and any reservation fees already paid will not be refunded.
* Receiving the product (for customers who requested delivery)
→If you request delivery, we will ship the product to your specified location approximately one week after the release date, but there is a possibility that delivery may be delayed by an additional 3-4 days depending on the delivery situation. We do not accept requests for specific delivery dates or times.

Please be sure to follow the precautions below when participating in the event.
 
(General information about the special event)
・If you are bringing a child aged 6 or over, you will need a separate special event ticket for each child.
・Any actions other than those agreed upon at various special events are prohibited.
・If you have multiple special event participation tickets, we ask that you please bring in a maximum of three tickets at once.
・Please note that special event participation tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances (including loss or theft).
・Special event participation tickets are only valid for the specified time on the day of the event.
・There is a limited time for the special event. Depending on the situation, even if there are people who wish to participate,
We may be forced to cancel the special event. Even in such cases, we will not accept cancellations of pre-ordered items.
Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for purchased items.
- Any products reserved or purchased at the event venue cannot be canceled, returned or refunded for any reason.
If the product is defective, we will replace it with a good product.
Also, when picking up reserved items at the store, please be sure to take your items with you and do not leave them behind in the building or surrounding facilities.

- Any actions other than High Five and handshakes, as well as touching the members' costumes, are prohibited.

(Regarding individual and group photo sessions)
・Photos will be taken using your smartphone or a Polaroid camera provided by the staff.
・Please refrain from conversations other than those required for the photo shoot.
・You will be asked to stand in the designated position while our staff takes your photo.
・Please follow the staff's instructions regarding where to stand when taking photos.
- We will not be able to retake photos of customers who jump during the photo shoot.
- We will not allow members to be photographed holding any objects.
- During photo shoots, any contact with the members or their costumes is prohibited.
- Photography is permitted only with camera-equipped mobile phones, smartphones, and feature phones (flip phones) brought by the customer, or with instant cameras (like Instax) provided by staff. Photography with any other cameras, tablet devices, etc. is not permitted.
Please note that we do not lend out chargers.
・Photography is limited to one customer and a member per participation ticket, regardless of age.
However, if you are bringing a preschool child, you can only take photos if accompanied by a parent or guardian.
・Flash photography is prohibited as a general rule. Depending on the situation, it will be left to the discretion of the staff.
・Shooting in LIVE mode on a smartphone is not possible.
・If it is discovered that you are recording the screen on your smartphone, your participation ticket will be invalidated.
As a general rule, we do not retake photos.
However, we will only retake the image if it is clearly not an individual or group photo.
Please note that this decision is at the discretion of staff.
・In addition, for operational reasons, the organizers may add any items they deem necessary and announce them at the venue on the day.
 
(Regarding the event in general)
・Each special event will end as soon as the line of participants ends. Please note that we will not hold retroactive events after the event has ended.
- Customers carrying metal objects, box cutters, scissors, or other items that are considered dangerous will be denied entry.
・Basically, all customers will be required to participate in the special event with nothing in hand other than their participation ticket.
If you have baggage, please use the luggage storage area within the venue or leave it there when you arrive.
Due to space limitations at the venue and to ensure smooth running of the event, we ask that you please keep your luggage to a minimum.
Please be sure to keep your valuables safe inside the venue.
The event staff, organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any theft or loss.
・Any slander, libel, or intimidation of the person in question is strictly prohibited. If such behavior is discovered, you will be denied participation in future special events.
・The same as above will apply if any behavior or speech that the organizers deem inappropriate is confirmed.
・To ensure the event proceeds smoothly, staff may touch your shoulders, arms, etc. to guide you. Please be aware of this before participating.
・Resale, copying, or counterfeiting of participation tickets and numbered tickets for this event is strictly prohibited.
If we find out that you have forged your ID, you will be denied entry to the event. Furthermore, as forgery is a criminal act, we will immediately report you to the police.

・The event content may be changed or canceled due to natural disasters, other problems, or the artist's circumstances.
・Photography is prohibited at this event's special event.
