[How to participate in the special event on Saturday, November 23rd]
Customers who purchase any of the products listed below will receive one two-shot photo session participation ticket for every 3,500 yen (tax included).
Time: From around 20:30 *After the show ends
Location: Venue staff will inform you.
Costume: Nyanpokora Festival! T-shirt

*LINE UP T-shirts and penlights (existing products) are not eligible for the bonus.

[Notes]
(How to participate)
*In order to allow as many customers as possible to participate, the number of participation tickets distributed per transaction will be limited to two per member.
*Details on how to participate in the special event on Sunday, November 24th will be announced as soon as they are confirmed.
*Once the purchase waiting line is cleared, we may remove the limit on the number of participation tickets that can be distributed.
*The sales start time may vary depending on the situation.
*If you would like to participate in the special event, please take advantage of the sales of the applicable products as soon as possible.
*The number of tickets available for the special event is limited. Distribution will end once the limit is reached.


(Regarding the two-shot photo session)

・The event will end as soon as the queue for participants in each lane ends. Please note that there will be no retroactive start after the event has ended.
・Due to circumstances, we may ask you to summarize your work. We appreciate your cooperation.
・The photoshoot will be conducted by two members at a time,
Please note that the schedule may change depending on the overall progress.
・Smartphone photography will be done using your smartphone.
・Please refrain from conversations other than those required for the photo shoot.
- You will be required to stand in the designated position and our staff will take your photo.
・All customers will be required to stand in the same position during photo shoot, under the instructions of staff.
・We will not be able to retake photos if customers jump during the photo shoot.
- Photographing members holding any objects is not permitted.
-During photo shoots, touching the members or their costumes is prohibited.
・Photography may only be taken with mobile phones, smartphones, or feature phones with a camera function that you bring with you. Photographing with cameras or tablet devices other than those listed above is not permitted. Please note that we do not lend out chargers.
・Photos are limited to one customer and a member per participation ticket, regardless of age.
However, if you are bringing a preschool child, photos may only be taken if accompanied by a parent or guardian.
・Flash photography is prohibited as a general rule. Depending on the situation, it will be left to the discretion of the staff.
・Shooting in LIVE mode on a smartphone is not possible.
・If it is discovered that you are recording the screen on your smartphone, your participation ticket will be invalidated.
As a general rule, we do not retake photos.
However, we will only take the photo again if the image taken is not clearly recognized as a two-shot photo (or a solo shot photo in the case of a solo shot).
Please note that this decision is at the discretion of staff.
・Furthermore, for operational reasons, the organizers may add any items they deem necessary and will announce them at the venue on the day.
・Participation tickets for this event are valid only on the day of the event. Resale, copying, and counterfeiting are strictly prohibited.
- Please refrain from giving gifts or accepting fan letters to members on the day.
・Products cannot be returned or refunded after reservation or purchase. If a product is defective, we will exchange it for a new one.

[Notes on sales at the venue]
■Some sales may be suspended, for example, while we are organizing admission.
■Please refrain from lining up late at night or early in the morning as this will cause inconvenience to those in nearby facilities.
■Lines that form spontaneously or in different locations will be invalid; only lines formed by the organizers will be considered valid.
■Please refrain from waiting in line (cutting in line) as it will cause inconvenience to other customers. We are not responsible for any troubles between customers.
■Please note that sales times may change depending on the situation on the day.
■Sales will end as soon as the planned quantity is reached. Please note that numbers are limited.
■Please be sure to check the items, quantities, and change you have purchased on the spot.
Please note that we cannot respond to any complaints, declarations, or subsequent inquiries after you have left the sales floor under any circumstances.
In addition, we will not be able to exchange any defective products that occur without following the product handling precautions, so please be sure to check before using the product.
■Returns and exchanges are not possible for items other than defective items. Please be sure to check at the venue as we cannot respond to requests at a later date.
