Regarding fan letters, presents, and flower stands
① Regarding fan letters
We are always accepting deliveries by mail to our office.
・The only events where you can receive fan mail at the venue are events hosted by WASUTA (solo concerts, birthday events, release events).
- Please place your letter in the "Letter Box" located in the venue lobby before the end of the show.
・Please be sure to include the recipient's name (member's name) and your name (nickname is acceptable).
・Please note that the contents of the letter will be checked by staff before being handed over to the member.
- It cannot be handed directly to the members, so please make sure to put it in the box.
- The event staff, organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any theft or loss of letters.

*Gifts sent by mail to the office will not be accepted.
② Regarding gifts
・The only events where you can receive gifts at the venue are events hosted by WASUTA (solo concerts, birthday events, release events).
Please note that items cannot be picked up at live performances or event venues other than those sponsored by the organizer.
We will not accept any mail delivered to our office.
・Gifts can only be mailed on dates close to the members' birthdays.
*We will notify you of the date on which mailing is possible, so please wait for the announcement.
・Please note that the contents of the present will be checked by staff before being handed over to the member.
- It cannot be handed directly to the members, so please make sure to put it in the box.
-If the concert is in a rural area or if many people give gifts, it may take several days for the members to receive them.
・The event staff, organizers, venue and performers will not be held responsible for any theft or loss of gifts.
・Please be sure to include the recipient's name (member's name) and your name (nickname is acceptable).
[Gifts that cannot be accepted]
Food, drinks, electrical appliances (including all items that use batteries (watches, etc.), items that plug into an outlet (hairdryers, hair irons, etc.), and rechargeable items (headphones, earphones, etc.)), recording media (USB, SD cards, etc.), tickets, cash, coupons, prepaid cards, lucky charms, living creatures, used items, expensive items, stuffed toys, and large items (items that do not fit into a 140-size cardboard box)
*Please note that we will dispose of any items that we determine cannot be accepted.
③ Regarding flower stands
・We will only set up the stand at solo concerts and birthday events. (Please note that we cannot set up the stand at release events or venues other than the venue we are hosting.)
- Depending on the venue, installation may be difficult or there may be prescribed sizes.

-The flower stands you send us will be displayed in the lobby as much as space allows.
Please note that if we receive a large number of flower stands, we may not be able to display all of them.
・The location of the flower stands within the venue (including outside the venue) will be decided by the organizers in accordance with the venue usage regulations and the Fire Service Act, and will be set up in no particular order. Please note that we cannot accommodate requests for specific locations or orders.
・When ordering, please ask the florist to collect the flower stand after the performance has ended.
