[1] Please enter the room in the order of the ticket number.
[2] Time will start a few seconds after entering the room (approximately after voice connection).

*Be sure to enter the ticket number before your name before participating. If you cannot confirm, you will not be able to participate.

・Before applying/participating, please be sure to use the web conferencing system “Zoo” as a test and check how to participate before applying. If you do not know how to use it, or if you cannot participate normally due to line conditions, etc., there will be no refunds or relief.
・No refunds will be given for cancellations due to customer reasons.
・Only the person who purchased the ticket is valid. Rights cannot be transferred under any circumstances. If it is discovered, you will not be able to participate.
・We will send you the Zoom URL, ID and PASS for you to participate from Zoo, so please be sure to check it. Please set in advance so that you can receive emails from "@livepocket.jp".
・Since tickets are usually sold using the system that sells tickets for live events, you may receive unrelated notifications. Also, the electronic ticket (QR code) displayed on the site will not be used.
・Please note that you will automatically be asked to leave the room at the end time even if you are in the middle of the conversation. Due to the time lag, the displayed time may expire even if there are several seconds remaining.
・Please do not reprint the event participation URL, ID/PASS, etc. If an outflow is discovered, the event may be canceled. No refunds will be given in that case.
・Only the purchased member can participate. Participation with friends and family and transfer of winning rights are prohibited.
・We will shoot the state of this project. Videos and photos taken may be used for fan club sites, SNS, etc. In addition, the copyrights, portrait rights (including portraits of participants), and all other rights related to the materials shot and the completed video shall belong to the Company or a third party designated by the Company.
・On the day of the event, the monitoring staff will be in the same room. If there is inappropriate remarks or slander, we will forcibly terminate without notice even before the time. There is no refund in that case.
・This project can also participate in audio only.
・People who have purchased the same ticket will be asked to wait in the waiting room and enter the room in order. We are sorry to keep you waiting, but some people may cancel on the day of the event, so please wait from the start time of each event. Even before the scheduled end time, when the number of people in the waiting room reaches 0, it will be judged that the participation will be declined and the event will end.
・If there is a sudden change on the day, we will inform you on the official Twitter.
・If the line is bad, the video may be distorted or the audio may not be heard. In that case, we will not make any time adjustment or remedy for the delay.
・When you enter the room, if the message "Connect to audio to hear other users' voices" appears, please select "wifi" or "dial-in". If you select "No Audio", you will not hear any sound.
・Please prepare your own smartphone, computer, and internet environment for use with the web conferencing system “Zoo”. The participants shall bear the costs such as communication charges required to participate in this project.
