7/17 A group handshake event will be held at the "IDOL SQUARE SummerFestival 2023" venue
Customers who reserve “Melomero! Love Rock” at the venue will receive a ticket to participate in the group handshake event.
The group handshake event will be a special event exclusive to the Ban Fest.

*Members must wear gloves to participate.
*Customers are required to wear a mask when participating.
■How to participate in the special event
For each eligible product listed below, you will receive one "Group Handshake Event" participation ticket.

Special event time: 18:35 ~ 20:05
Location: Venue lobby
*The time of the special event may change depending on the progress of the event. Please check the venue information WASUTA official SNS etc. as appropriate.
*Even if it is within the above time, the special party will end as soon as the waiting line for participation is broken. Please line up early.

Start time: 15:30 ~
*Sales start time may change depending on the situation.
*CD sales will end depending on the progress of the special event. If you wish to participate, please do so as soon as possible.
*There is a limited number of tickets available for the special event. As soon as the limit is reached, pre-order sales for the target products will end.

・Purchase of eligible products is a reservation and full payment is required in advance. Various cashless payments are available.

・Please be sure to wear a mask when participating. If you are unable to wear one, you may be refused participation.
Please note that even in this case, we cannot return or refund the reserved product.
・Please be sure to keep both hands open when participating.
・It will be a group handshake event with all the cast members and customers. It will be held in lane 1 of the cast member.
・Members will participate after wearing gloves.
・Customers are requested to wear a mask before participating.
・Please refrain from touching the performers' costumes.
・The event will end as soon as the waiting line ends. Please note that once the event has ended, it will not be held retroactively.
・If the participation line runs out, the special event will end even if it is within the time limit.
・The same applies if the organizer finds inappropriate behavior.
・For the smooth progress of the event, the staff may touch the customer's shoulder or arm to guide them. Please be aware of this before participating.
・Participation tickets for this event are valid only on the day of the event. Resale, copying, and counterfeiting are strictly prohibited.
・Please refrain from receiving gifts or fan letters from members on the day of the event.
-Products cannot be returned or refunded after reservation or purchase. If the product is defective, we will replace it with a good product.
