*CD sales will end depending on the progress of the special event. If you would like to participate, please do so as soon as possible.
*The number of tickets available for the special event is limited. Once the limit is reached, sales of the applicable products will end.

※ご予約の登録および受付は、当日イベント会場のみ有効です。
※お支払い方法は現金・クレジットカード(一括支払いのみ)です。
各種クーポン/電子マネー/ポイントカードはご利用いただけません。
駐車サービスは対象外となります。
また、通信状況によってはクレジットカード決済がご利用いただけなくなる場合もあります。その場合は現金のみでの対応とさせていただきます。予めご理解ください。

※予約された商品の受け渡しは、タワーレコード渋谷店 店舗渡し、もしくは配送(別途、送料900円)とさせていただきます。

＜CDご予約について＞
※ご予約の登録は、お客様のスマートフォン/ケータイ (一部機種を除く)からの対応となります。
※ご予約の登録には、お客様の携帯電話番号、メールアドレスが必要となります。
※『towerrecords.co.jp』のドメインからメールが配信されますので、予め受信が出来るように、ご自身の端末の設定をご確認ください。
※ご予約登録の際は、イベント会場に告知されているQRコードをお客様のスマートフォン/ケータイ(一部機種を除く)から読み取ってください。
表示された画面の「空メールを作成する」ボタンを押して、差出人のアドレスをご確認の上、そのまま空メールを送信してください。
※「予約登録のご案内」メールが届いたら、メール本文のURLを開いて予約登録画面へアクセスしてください。
※ご希望の予約商品をお選びいただき、数量・特典・注意事項を確認しながら ご予約内容を入力して登録してください。
※ご予約商品は、タワーレコード渋谷店での受け取り、もしくは配送(別途、送料900円)のいずれかをおss選びいただけます。
※商品のお渡しは、2025年9月22日（月）から2025年10月21日（火）閉店までの4週間とさせて頂きます。
期間を過ぎますと、お渡しできない場合がございますので、予めご了承下さい。
※予約登録が完了すると決済用QRコードが表示されます。
この時点ではご予約は完了していませんので、決済用QRコードを会場のレジ窓口へご提示ください。
※ご予約内容を確認後、商品に応じた特典をお渡しします。決済確定後の変更・キャンセル及び受取拒否は出来ません。
※ご予約商品お支払い後、「【※破棄厳禁】決済完了/受取方法のご案内」メールが届きますので、この時点で予約受付が完了します。
店頭にてお受け取りの際や配送のお問い合わせの際に必要となりますので、大切に保管してください。
万が一「【※破棄厳禁】決済完了/受取方法のご案内」メールが届いてない場合は、必ずスタッフまでお尋ねください。
※スマートフォン/ケータイをお持ちでないお客様は、当日イベント会場のスタッフまでお声掛けください。
＜お受け取りについて＞
※店舗での商品お受け取りは、商品入荷日夕方以降となります。
※商品お受け取りの際、「【※破棄厳禁】決済完了/受取方法のご案内」
メール内のご注文情報のURLを開いて、受け取り用のバーコードをご提示ください。バーコードは入荷日より表示されます。
※配送を希望された方は、「【※破棄厳禁】決済完了/受取方法のご案内」メールのご注文情報に記載の発送予定日より順次配送致します。
※商品のお取り置き期間は発売日から4週間となります。
※お取り置き期限終了後は、商品のお渡しはできません。その際、代金は返金致しかねますので、予めご了承ください。
※イベント会場にてご購入いただいた商品に関しては店舗/EC特典の対象外となりますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
【注意事項】
(Regarding group handshake event)
・Please be sure to keep both hands open when participating.
・This will be a group handshake event with all performers and customers. It will be held in one lane for performing members.
・Members will participate after wearing gloves.
・Please refrain from touching the performers' costumes.
・The event will end as soon as the waiting line ends. Please note that once the event has ended, it will not be held retroactively.
・If the participation line runs out, the special event will end even if it is within the time limit.
・ The same applies when the words and actions of the content that the organizer deems inappropriate are confirmed.
・ For smooth event progress, staff may guide you by touching your shoulders or arms. Please be aware of this before participating.
・Participation tickets for this event are valid only on the day of the event. Resale, copying, and counterfeiting are strictly prohibited.
・Please refrain from receiving gifts or fan letters from members on the day of the event.
・Products cannot be returned or refunded after purchase. If a product is defective, we will exchange it for a new one.
