Notice and apology concerning a printing mistake on the 2nd series of WASUTA National Tour 2025-2026 "WASUTA MADE"

We have discovered a printing mistake in the WASUTA National Tour 2025-2026 "WASUTA MADE" Costume Clear Cards (random selection of 10 designs) sold at the November 30 (Sun) Shinjuku ReNY performance.
We sincerely apologize to our customers.
 
Customers wishing to receive a replacement will be sent the corrected item at a later date. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but kindly ask that you return the applicable product to the address listed below within the designated return period via cash-on-delivery.
Replacement items will be sent to customers who return their products, starting from late December 2025.

■About the exchange process
Please enclose the applicable product together with a note clearly stating the recipient information for the replacement item (name, address, and phone number), and send it by cash on delivery to the address listed below no later than Sunday, December 14, 2025.
 
* This exchange applies only to customers who meet the following criteria:
Venue purchases: Customers who purchased the item at the November 30, 2025 Shinjuku ReNY performance.
Online orders: Customers who completed their purchase by November 30, 2025 (sales have since ended)
* If you have multiple items, we kindly ask that you ship them all together.

For the Fukuoka Toyota Hall Skala Espacio performance on Sunday, December 7th and all subsequent shows, the products sold will be the corrected versions.
 
We will revise our management practices and work diligently to prevent this from happening again.
