Announcement regarding the special event (photo session) at "Carol Fest" on October 24th!!
A special event (individual photo session) will be held after the performance on the day of the event.
Participation rights will be distributed through online pre-sales.
*Please note that CDs will not be sold at the venue on the day of the event. All sales will be conducted online.

■ Special event
Individual photo session (This will be a two-shot photo with the member and the customer, or a solo photo of the member.)

*The time for the fan meeting may change depending on the progress of the event. Please check the venue's announcements on WASUTA official social media accounts as needed.
*Please read this before participating in the photo shoot.

*Please refrain from changing the positions of customers and members, or from taking photos in a composition where customers are standing behind the members.
*Individual photo sessions are not one-on-one talk sessions. Please refrain from conversations other than those necessary for the photo shoot.
*If you would like a solo shot of a member, please stand next to the photography staff and tell the member your desired pose.
*Depending on the venue space, the photo session will be conducted with two or four members simultaneously.
*Each lane will be closed once the queue of participants has finished. Please note that we will not be able to resume the event after it has ended.
*Please refrain from touching the performers or their costumes.
★Requests for those participating in the fan event (Please wear a mask)★
In light of the ongoing spread of infectious diseases such as influenza, wearing a mask will be mandatory for all customers participating in the fan event.
When participating in the photo shoot, please remove your mask after specifying poses, etc., and put it back on as soon as possible after the shoot is over. Thank you for your cooperation.
*If you are feeling unwell, please refrain from participating and do not force yourself to attend.
*We recommend using a non-woven fabric mask.
*Please note that we may ask those who appear to be unwell to refrain from participating.

(Regarding sales limits)
To allow as many customers as possible to participate, we will be setting a sales limit.
10/23 (Fri) 18:00~ 10/24 (Sat) 15:00: per account One photo per member Up to (maximum of 4 sheets)
From 15:00 on Saturday, October 24th: Limit of 30 tickets per member per person per transaction.
*A flat shipping fee of 880 yen will be charged per transaction nationwide.
*Products are scheduled to be delivered in early November.
*Convenience store pickup is not available.
*Please complete the payment for items added to your cart within 15 minutes.
If 15 minutes have passed, the items in your cart will be released.
*We do not ship internationally.
*We cannot accept requests for specific shipping dates or times.
*Please note that if you refuse to accept delivery, are absent for an extended period, or the item is returned due to an unknown address, we will consider it a "return cancellation." We do not offer redelivery for items that have been returned.

■ How to participate on the day
After your purchase payment is complete, your electronic ticket will be automatically issued from 3:00 PM on October 24th (Saturday).
You can check your electronic ticket in the "Tickets/Participation Vouchers" section of your My Page.
When participating, please display your electronic ticket and show it to the filming staff.
This event requires an electronic ticket. Please be sure to bring a smartphone or other device capable of displaying your electronic ticket on the day of the event. If you do not have a device, you will not be able to participate in the fan event.
Your smartphone will be used for both displaying and photographing your electronic ticket, so please ensure it is fully charged before arriving to avoid running out of battery.
Electronic tickets will be torn by staff. Please note that if you touch your ticket, you will not be able to participate.
*If it is confirmed that an electronic ticket is being used by someone other than the ticket holder, all participation tickets for the special event may be confiscated.

・A separate ticket for this performance is required to participate in the fan event.
(Regarding individual photo sessions)
- Photos will be taken using the customer's smartphone (or a mobile phone with a camera function).
Please refrain from conversations other than specifying poses necessary for the photoshoot.
- Customers will be required to stand in the designated position while our staff takes the photos.
- When taking photos, all customers will be assigned the same fixed position under the direction of our staff.
We cannot retake photos of customers who jump during the photo shoot.
We do not allow members to hold any objects during photo shoots.
During filming, physical contact with the members or their costumes is prohibited.
・Photography will be done using the customer's smartphone (or mobile phone with a camera function). Photography with other cameras, tablet devices, etc. is not permitted. Please note that we do not provide chargers for loan.
・Regardless of age, each participation ticket will only allow one photo session with the member.
- Using flash photography is prohibited in principle. However, the decision will be left to the discretion of the staff depending on the situation.
- Live Photos cannot be taken with an iPhone.
If it is discovered that you are recording your screen on your smartphone, your participation ticket will be invalidated.
As a general rule, we will not reshoot the photos.
However, we will retake the photos only if there are obvious flaws in the images we have taken.
Please understand that this decision will be left to the discretion of the staff.
・In addition, the organizers may announce and add any other matters they deem necessary for operational reasons on the day of the event.
• Tickets for this event are valid only on the day of the event. Resale, copying, and counterfeiting are strictly prohibited.
・We regret that we cannot accept gifts or fan letters for the members on the day of the event.
Returns and refunds are not accepted for products after reservation or purchase. In case of a defective product, we will exchange it for a good one.
・Due to unavoidable troubles or circumstances on the artist's side, the event may be canceled or terminated midway, or the date, content, or participating members may be changed. In such cases, we will not be able to accept returns or refunds for purchased items.
We will provide further information separately regarding how we will handle situations where participants are absent.
