■ Notes on the handshake event
* The handshake may be guided by the staff in contact with the customer's shoulder or arm.
* If you have baggage when shaking hands, the staff will temporarily take your baggage and join the handshake event without holding anything in your hand.
* Please remove any accessories such as rings and bracelets when shaking hands. Please consider the safety aspects of customers and members first. We ask for your understanding and cooperation.
* You can participate in the handshake meeting once per person with one "Handshake Meeting Participation Ticket". If you have multiple handshake tickets and participate in the same lane more than once, you can exercise up to 5 handshake tickets at once. After that, you will be lined up again at the end of the line.
* If you are the last person to use multiple handshake tickets at a handshake event, we will ask you to summarize them according to the time.
* Each part will end as soon as the line breaks. Please note.
■ Notes on the photo session
You can shoot with your own mobile phone / smartphone with camera function or the event organizer's check.
* Members are not allowed to shoot with their personal belongings.
* Shooting may be guided by a staff member touching your shoulder or arm.
* If you have baggage at the time of shooting, the staff will temporarily check in for shooting.
* [Individual] / [Group] photo session One ticket can be used for one photo session. If you have multiple photo session tickets and you participate multiple times in the same lane, you can exercise up to 5 photo tickets at once. After that, you will be lined up again at the end of the line.
* Each part will end as soon as the participation line is interrupted. Please understand beforehand.
* The photo session will be limited to shooting with your mobile phone, smartphone or cheki.
* “Check” will be held on the equipment prepared by the event organizer. The check you bring will not be supported. Please note.
* “Photographing” is only available for mobile phones with camera function.
* Please note that digital cameras, single-lens reflex cameras, and tablets cannot be used.
* Photographs will be taken by the staff using the camera function mobile phone / smartphone provided by the customer.
* When you shoot, you will be standing next to the members and taking a pose.
* It may be difficult to specify poses for members. Please note.
* Excessive production such as sitting members or holding objects is not allowed.
* Please note that even female fans cannot hug.
* Please check the photos you have taken on the spot. We will not be able to handle re-shooting at a later date.

* You can talk with a member of the maid costume while having tea.
* Contacts such as shaking hands with members are prohibited at the tea party.
* As soon as the participation line is interrupted, it will end at any time. Please understand beforehand.
■ Notes on events
・ Transfer or resale of “Event Participation Ticket” is prohibited.
・ "Event participation ticket" will not be reissued for any reason, including loss, theft or damage.
・ If you are traveling with a child over 3 years old, a participation ticket for the child is required.
・ Transportation expenses and accommodation expenses for event participation are the responsibility of the customer. Even if the event participation conditions are not met and you cannot participate in the event, we will not compensate for transportation expenses, accommodation expenses, etc.
・ If you are late for the event deadline, you will not be able to participate in the event for any reason such as a natural disaster or transportation failure.
・ The event may be terminated early due to time restrictions on the use of the venue or delays in the event progress. In this case, even if you have a participation ticket, you will not be able to participate in the event, and you will not be able to accept returns of goods.

■ Notes on the handshake event
* The handshake may be guided by the staff in contact with the customer's shoulder or arm.
* If you have baggage when shaking hands, the staff will temporarily take your baggage and join the handshake event without holding anything in your hand.
* Please remove any accessories such as rings and bracelets when shaking hands. Please consider the safety aspects of customers and members first. We ask for your understanding and cooperation.
* You can participate in the handshake meeting once per person with one "Handshake Meeting Participation Ticket". If you have multiple handshake tickets and participate in the same lane more than once, you can exercise up to 5 handshake tickets at once. After that, you will be lined up again at the end of the line.
* If you are the last person to use multiple handshake tickets at a handshake event, we will ask you to summarize them according to the time.
* Each part will end as soon as the line breaks. Please note.
■ Notes on the photo session
You can shoot with your own mobile phone / smartphone with camera function or the event organizer's check.
* Members are not allowed to shoot with their personal belongings.
* Shooting may be guided by a staff member touching your shoulder or arm.
* If you have baggage at the time of shooting, the staff will temporarily check in for shooting.
* [Individual] / [Group] photo session One ticket can be used for one photo session. If you have multiple photo session tickets and you participate multiple times in the same lane, you can exercise up to 5 photo tickets at once. After that, you will be lined up again at the end of the line.
* Each part will end as soon as the participation line is interrupted. Please understand beforehand.
* The photo session will be limited to shooting with your mobile phone, smartphone or cheki.
* “Check” will be held on the equipment prepared by the event organizer. The check you bring will not be supported. Please note.
* “Photographing” is only available for mobile phones with camera function.
* Please note that digital cameras, single-lens reflex cameras, and tablets cannot be used.
* Photographs will be taken by the staff using the camera function mobile phone / smartphone provided by the customer.
* When you shoot, you will be standing next to the members and taking a pose.
* It may be difficult to specify poses for members. Please note.
* Excessive production such as sitting members or holding objects is not allowed.
* Please note that even female fans cannot hug.
* Please check the photos you have taken on the spot. We will not be able to handle re-shooting at a later date.
* Please participate only if you can observe the above.
■ Notes on the tea party
* You can talk with a member of the maid costume while having tea.
* Contacts such as shaking hands with members are prohibited at the tea party.
* As soon as the participation line is interrupted, it will end at any time. Please understand beforehand.
■ Notes on events
・ Transfer or resale of “Event Participation Ticket” is prohibited.
・ "Event participation ticket" will not be reissued for any reason, including loss, theft or damage.
・ If you are traveling with a child over 3 years old, a participation ticket for the child is required.
・ Transportation expenses and accommodation expenses for event participation are the responsibility of the customer. Even if the event participation conditions are not met and you cannot participate in the event, we will not compensate for transportation expenses, accommodation expenses, etc.
・ If you are late for the event deadline, you will not be able to participate in the event for any reason such as a natural disaster or transportation failure.
・ The event may be terminated early due to time restrictions on the use of the venue or delays in the event progress. In this case, even if you have a participation ticket, you will not be able to participate in the event, and you will not be able to accept returns of goods.
・ There are no special medical equipment available at the venue. If you have a medical condition or need medical equipment, please participate at your own risk.
・ Please follow the staff's instructions at the venue. When guiding participants, the staff may touch the shoulders and arms of the participants.
・ Please manage valuables at your own risk when participating in the event.
・ To prevent accidents and confusion on the day, various restrictions may be set as necessary, such as restrictions on conductors.
・ Please be aware that the organizer is not responsible for the last train time after the event.
・ The event is canceled or postponed due to natural disasters, performers' illness / accidents, transportation failure, venue equipment failure, etc. There are cases. Even in these cases, refunds for product prices, compensation for transportation expenses, travel expenses, etc., and transfers to other members will not be accepted. Please note.

・ In consideration of the safety of customers and artists, we may carry out baggage inspection and temporary baggage storage for crime prevention purposes.
・ The event venue is operated with the utmost care, but if you see a suspicious person or suspicious object, please speak to the security guard. We ask for your understanding and cooperation.

[Handling of personal information]

[Governing law and jurisdiction]
The operation of the event and the interpretation and application of these Terms shall be based on Japanese law.
