* Regarding nickname precautions (rules)
1. The number of characters in the nickname is [10 characters]. If it is 10 characters or more, the staff will correct it.
2. Please be sure to register with your own nickname.
We will either edit the nickname that the staff has determined to be inappropriate or that it has nothing to do with your name, or write it as the name (real name) of the delivery address.

* The signature written by the member will be the signature from the registered nickname and the desired member. Please make sure that you register correctly.
* The registered nickname will be used as is. Please refrain from leaving the judgment to members.
* If the signature contains long text or inappropriate content, the staff may omit it at the discretion of the staff.
* When you register a nickname, if it includes pictograms, emoticons, half-width characters / symbols (!, &, Etc.), special symbols (heart, etc.), old kanji, and other model-dependent characters, they may be garbled or cut off in the middle. It may happen that Regarding the characters used for nicknames, please check in advance whether the characters are model-dependent or not. Please note that we do not support rewriting and re-shooting regarding the difference in signature due to garbled characters.
* Signing is available only to customers who have completed payment in advance. For products such as convenience stores or PAY-EASY that take days for payment confirmation, be sure to complete the payment.
* Only one nickname can be used for each account. Therefore, please note that the same nickname will be used even if you place multiple orders from one account.
* Regarding nicknames other than hiragana and katakana, some members may make a mistake in reading. If you are unsure, please register your phonetic guide.
* The privileged photo data will be delivered within 3 days to 1 week after the signing. If you do not receive it, please inquire from MUVUS.
* Since it will be a simultaneous signature, it may not be possible to read out the nickname in real time. Please note.
* Items purchased once cannot be canceled. Please be careful.
* We will only accept exchanges or returns if the product itself is defective. We will not be able to deal with defects such as the contents of the signature, so please purchase it in advance.
* Convenience store payments and bank transfers are not eligible if the payment is made after the deadline for purchase. Please be careful.
