*Please note that the cast members may change due to unforeseen circumstances. No refunds will be given due to changes in the cast members.
[Identity Verification]
To prevent ticket resale and transfer, we may conduct ID checks (identity verification) upon entry. Please be sure to bring a valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, etc.) with you when you come. If you do not have a photo ID, please bring two forms of government-issued identification.
Please present your identification document in its original form (copies are not accepted).

*Only original identification documents are accepted (copies and screenshots are not accepted).
If you are unable to provide the above-mentioned identification documents during the identity verification process, you will be denied entry.
In that case, we will not cover the cost of tickets, transportation, or accommodation.
[Attending live events]
・Each person may only hold one ticket. Holding multiple tickets is prohibited. Even if it is possible to purchase multiple tickets through resale, purchase is prohibited. If you hold multiple tickets, all tickets will be invalidated, and any tickets with corresponding seats will be prohibited from use. No refunds will be given for tickets purchased in error.
- Recording and photography are prohibited in the audience area.
- Actions that disturb other customers, and any inappropriate behavior or remarks while watching a live event are prohibited.
Bringing alcoholic beverages into the venue and entering while intoxicated is prohibited.
If you are found to be under the influence of alcohol, you will be denied entry. If you are found to be under the influence of alcohol inside the venue, you will be asked to leave.
- The use of modified penlights, items that emit excessive light, items that are too long and potentially dangerous, or items that may disturb other audience members, such as multiple penlights connected together, is prohibited.
To ensure that all customers can enjoy the concert safely, we prohibit dangerous behaviors such as excessive jumping and any behavior that may disturb other customers. If any such behavior is observed, venue staff will speak to you.
・Please follow the instructions of the staff both inside and outside the venue. If the above rules are not followed, the performance may be canceled or you may be asked to leave.
In this case, no refunds will be given for ticket prices or other related costs. Furthermore, you may be denied entry to future events.
Our entire staff will do our utmost to ensure that everyone can enjoy themselves safely, so we appreciate your cooperation.
